Perelel was founded by OB/GYNs, and it shows in the way the line is built around specific women's-health use cases rather than generic "balance" marketing. The Hormonal Balance Support formula is squarely aimed at cycle regulation (Perelel).

The formula pairs myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol with alpha lipoic acid and berberine — named single ingredients, not a blend — and is gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free (Amazon listing). Full milligram-by-milligram dosing on the brand's own page wasn't independently confirmed in this research.

Perelel publishes a dedicated safety-and-testing page describing third-party testing at ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs with per-lot certificates of analysis and adherence to Prop 65 limits (Perelel safety testing, Perelel doctor hub). It stops short of a named third-party certifier like NSF or USP.
